TecSol Design Collector

• Tempered, hail-proof solar glass with high level of radiation permeability
• Copper absorber with highly selective coating for most effective utilisation of solar energy
• Frame made of double-walled, powder-coated aluminium sections welded along mitre joints
• 20 mm side insulation of dense mineral wool
• Sealed with high quality EPDM rubber with several sealing levels
• Rear panel made of aluminium stucco sheet
• 50 mm insulation of rear panel for high efficiency

• Environmentally compatible timber frames
• Rear panel made of waterproof plywood sheet
• Sealed with high quality EPDM rubber with several sealing levels

Consol Solar Vacuum Tubes

Consol evacuated tube collectors use design features of a thermos flask with a vacuum between two glass tubes. This results in a higher energy yield than some flat-plate collectors. They have an additional feature which shows even the smallest leak. Individual tubes can be changed without the need to drain the entire system. They are also immune to wind chill factors.
